Hello! We're Tom and Debbi Del Conte, a local couple who, after 50 years of operating several successful businesses unrelated to the hospitality industry, decided to pursue a long-held college dream by opening The Draft Sports Pub and Maverick's. Many might call us crazy—and most do—but we're just enjoying the ride and having fun! 

Located at the bustling corner of Stoneridge and Hopyard, The Draft Sports Pub is perfectly situated in the heart of the Hacienda Business Park. Our location is an ideal spot for dining and socializing, offering easy access to working professionals and visitors alike. Just a short walk from several hotels, including the Four Points by Sheraton, we cater seamlessly to pilots and traveling professionals who are looking for a quality meal in a welcoming environment.

Our proximity to downtown Pleasanton, just 1.5 miles away, positions us as a prime location for hosting business lunches, non-profit luncheons, and large semi-private gatherings. Our setting allows for a blend of convenience and charm, perfect for formal and casual events alike.

At The Draft Sports Pub, we offer a dynamic dining experience that adjusts to the needs of our guests. We are available for semi-private and private events. Being connected to Maverick's Country Bar, our possibilities expand. During the daytime, we are able to host private events as Maverick's serves as an extension of The Draft. On weekends, particularly Friday and Saturday nights from 7 PM to 2 AM, Maverick's comes alive with its own roster of activities, and The Draft offers complementary activities such as live music and karaoke to enhance the festive atmosphere.

We actually never use the word "bar" to describe our establishment. The Draft is family-friendly (except after 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays) and we want everyone to feel welcome. Of course, we love our sports as well and encourage sports fans and the latter to enjoy The Draft!
